Affordable
Group Sleepovers.
When the experience includes an overnight stay, our communal properties give groups a practical, memorable alternative to booking separate hotel rooms. They work especially well for cast and crew, reality productions, retreats, reunions, wedding-weekend groups, milestone celebrations, and friends traveling together.
For our most popular group-buyout option, explore the dedicated 730 State Street Santa Barbara package.
Elvina Beck
I build places, businesses, and stories from the ground up. I started in front of—and then behind—the camera, built co-living during the financial crisis, became a licensed California general contractor, and have spent years turning overlooked buildings into spaces people remember.
That mix of hospitality, construction, and production means I understand what a crew needs: responsive access, adaptable rooms, practical logistics, and a host who can solve problems quickly.

Questions
Can I rent an entire California property for a group event?
Yes. Whole-property group buyouts are available for retreats, reunions, intimate celebrations, cast-and-crew stays, reality productions, and other organized groups. The 730 State Street Santa Barbara location is our most popular buyout option.
Can a reality show film and house its cast in the same building?
Yes. Several locations combine sleeping, social, kitchen, and work areas for unscripted formats and film-and-stay production. Germany’s Next Topmodel previously filmed with us.
Do you rent locations for still photography and editorial shoots?
Yes. The collection is available for commercial stills, fashion, editorial, interviews, branded content, film, television, and digital productions.
Are these party venues?
No. These are flexible group-stay and production locations suited to organized retreats, reunions, celebrations, filming, and affordable group sleepovers. Share your group size and plans so we can recommend the right property.
