The location’s custom-built bunk structures give productions an immediate hostel, dormitory, communal-housing or cast-quarters environment. Concrete floors, 12-foot ceilings and industrial finishes add texture, while the long interior sightlines allow wider establishing shots.
A small kitchen, shared bathrooms and TV room support everyday living scenes. Above, the mezzanine’s 10-foot table with benches can play as a communal dining area, writers’ room, production meeting table or holding zone.
The booking privately covers this 2,000-square-foot space only; filming is not permitted in the remainder of the building. There is no onsite parking, but metered and unmetered street parking and paid lots are available nearby. At least one week of notice is preferred.
