A 1,000-square-foot storefront designed for housing, hostel, dormitory and co-living scenes, with giant windows, 10 custom-built sleeping pods, a full kitchen, concrete floors, dining nook, accessible shower and two toilets.
The storefront’s oversized windows bring natural light deep into the interior and give crews useful exterior-to-interior angles. Ten custom-built pods establish a ready-made hostel, dormitory, shared-housing or cast-quarters setting without extensive dressing.
A full kitchen, dining nook, concrete floors, tables, chairs, Wi-Fi and sink support both the scene and the crew. The accessible shower and two toilets help the location play practically for lifestyle, reality, documentary, editorial and scripted productions.
The side wall carries a large mural. Rights may be obtainable for productions that want to feature it; confirm usage before filming. Parking is street-only, so include crew vehicles and loading requirements when requesting a scout.
Share your dates, crew size, scenes, equipment, parking plan and whether the exterior mural appears in frame.
